Customer Agreement

By paying or clearing the invoice, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated below.

Changes Policy

Please note our policy regarding changes to orders: After the first print, we are open to editing if you request any changes to the design. However, once bulk production begins, no further changes can be made to the design. It is recommended to finalize all specifications before proceeding with bulk production to avoid any disruptions or delays.

We accommodate minor changes to the approved design to ensure that custom-made products meet the specific requirements of our customers. This flexibility allows us to refine details and address minor adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the initially approved specifications.

However, due to the nature of custom-made production, we are unable to accommodate major alterations once the design has been finalized and approved. This ensures that the product meets your expectations while maintaining efficiency in production processes.

Payment Terms

We accept 100% advance payment before the order can be processed. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or any major credit or debit card. Your order will commence once the payment is confirmed. Should you have any questions or require assistance regarding payment methods, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

High-Quality Products

We commit to delivering the best quality products that stand out according to the customer's requirements within a reasonable timeframe. Throughout the production process, our expert team uses strict quality control procedures to make sure that no quality is ever compromised. This dedication guarantees that every product meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Sew Out Order Process

Customers can order any quantity of sew-outs, which are produced iteratively based on the design and product quality. Our team diligently refines each order until achieving the desired design perfection. AMG Patches conducts personal checks on each design, followed by thorough scanning of the final sew-out. Only after confirming the absence of errors, the product is delivered to the customer.

Delivery

We ensure timely delivery of ordered products, though the timing may vary depending on quantity. Customers will be demanded a reasonable delivery charges. In case of emergency delivery, a potential increase in costs may be expected. Estimated delivery time and date will be provided to customers in advance.

Return Policy

We do not entertain a return policy as the products are custom-made. In the event of dissatisfaction with a custom-made product, we offer compensation on the next order to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Our goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Dispute Settlement

In resolving disputes related to delivery issues, we adhere to a policy where both parties share 50% of the costs involved. This approach ensures a fair and equitable resolution, aiming to address concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships with our customers.

Refund and Adjustment Policy

In the event of a major difference between the designs approved by the client and the final product, we will refund the paid amount. Additionally, if the client wishes to give it another try, we may offer a reduced rate for the subsequent order.

We advise you to thoroughly inquire and gather all necessary information before placing your order. Our customer service team is ready to guide you about any details or clarifications you may need. This will ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties.
